About

The location was actually just a temporary decoration for a shopping mall event, featuring some red Kochia plants. I was desperately drawn to them and really wanted to capture that moment. There’s also something so harmonious about a small cat’s head resting on top of another cat’s—it just felt right. I’ll definitely draw the real Kochia plants someday for my Japan series.
